Delete your account
You can delete your NikahTent account at any time. It takes a minute in the app.
In the app

Open NikahTent and sign in.

Tap Me, then Delete my account at the bottom.
- 3
Enter your password to confirm. It is deleted straight away.
No longer have the app?
Email us from the email address on your account and write "Delete my account". We check it is you and delete it within 7 days.

- Your account, sign-in and mobile number
- Every profile on the account, with its photos and details
- Requests, walis, notifications, saved lists and phone tokens
- Your wedding budget
- Your business listings and their photos
What stays for a while
- Chats stay with the other family, closed and from "a former member", until their 3 months run out.
- Our record of who did what stays for 2 years for safety, without your name.
- Payment and booking records stay as long as tax law requires.
- Reports you sent stay with our team, without your name.
- If the account was banned, its mobile number stays on a private list so it cannot sign up again.
Accounts nobody opens for 5 months are also deleted, after an email and an SMS. More in our privacy policy.
